Please note:

• A minimum of 3 weeks' notice is preferred.

• We currently accept bookings up to 6 months in advance.

Pricing

Our pricing is simple and transparent.

Beverage Pricing

Choose the beverages you'd like to offer at your event. Final quantities and pricing will be determined after your inquiry is submitted.

• Coffee — $6 per drink

• Matcha — $7 per drink

• Lemonade — $5 per drink

• Crafted Sip — $7 per drink

  • Crafted Sip Fee: $35 flat fee per customized menu item

    • Current Menu Crafted Sips are not subject to this fee

Appearance Fee

• $75 per hour

The appearance fee covers:

• Travel within our service area

• Setup & breakdown

• Professional beverage service

• Equipment and serving supplies

Event Guidelines

To provide the best experience for every event, please note the following.

Pop-Up Service

Designed for public events with 250+ attendees where guests purchase beverages individually.

• Appearance Fee: $75 per hour (up to 4 hours)

  • The appearance fee serves as your booking deposit to reserve your event date.

  • Optional 5th hour: $125

• Approximately 50 beverages served per hour

• Guests purchase beverages directly from Nurtured Sips during the event.

Catering Service

Designed for private events with 250 guests or fewer.

• $75 per hour appearance fee (up to 4 hours) - Serves as deposit

  • Optional 5th hour: $125

• Beverages are purchased in advance based on your requested quantities.

• Custom quotes are provided based on guest count, beverage selections, and service needs.

• Perfect for resident events, corporate gatherings, employee appreciation events, showers, birthdays, and private celebrations.

• Service Capacity

  • Nurtured Sips can serve approximately 50 beverages per hour.

  • For larger events, we'll work with you to determine the appropriate service time based on your guest count and beverage selections.
